In June 2015, John Duma conducted a jury trial in Wyandotte County District Court and achieved a verdict of not guilty. John’s client stood charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. After a jury trial where John expertly cross examined the arresting officer, the jury found that the State had not met their burden of proof. John’s client walked out of the courtroom without a criminal conviction and with the ability to maintain her employment.
